Since the CPC Central Committee launched the Party‑discipline study and education campaign, the Party Committee of our institute has attached great importance to it, taking early and concrete action with meticulous planning. Through a series of measures, it has ensured the effective implementation of this initiative, yielding tangible results and reinforcing the sense of Party spirit and awareness of laws and discipline among all Party members, thereby advancing the comprehensive and rigorous governance of the Party in greater depth.
I. Comprehensive Planning and All-Round Implementation
The Party Committee of the Institute convened a special meeting to comprehensively study and deploy the work of Party discipline study and education, adopting a top-down approach. The meeting involved an in-depth study of the “Notice on Launching Party Discipline Study and Education Throughout the Party” issued by the CPC Central Committee, the spirit of the meeting of the Leading Group for Party Building under the CPC Central Committee, as well as the directives from the Party Committees of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the General Administration, and the respective bureaus (groups). In addition, the Institute established a Leading Group for Party Discipline Study and Education and formulated detailed arrangements for its implementation.
II. Act Swiftly and Deliver Tangible Results
Since the issuance of the Regulations on Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China, the hospital’s Party Committee has designated the study and implementation of these Regulations as a key priority for the year. It has issued the Work Plan on Studying, Publicizing, and Implementing the Regulations, under which the Party Committee’s Theoretical Study Center Group and all branch Party committees have organized specialized study sessions at various levels and in diverse formats, guiding Party members and cadres to firmly establish an awareness of the Party Constitution, Party rules, and Party discipline, and to consciously internalize disciplinary requirements and translate them into concrete actions.
III. Extensive Publicity and Atmosphere Building
The Party Committee of the institute has leveraged its own communication platforms—such as its official website, WeChat public account, and internal messaging groups—to promptly disseminate the full text of the Regulations, a side-by-side comparison of the old and new versions, and related news reports. Additionally, it has launched a “Regulations Interpretation” column on its WeChat public account, regularly publishing in-depth analyses of key provisions that have been newly added or amended, thereby strengthening explanatory outreach and helping Party members and cadres deepen their understanding of the Regulations.
The Party Committee of Shandong Institute will take disciplinary education as an opportunity to coordinate and integrate efforts to consolidate the outcomes of thematic education, deepen rectification measures arising from inspection and巡察 activities, and strengthen the development of a culture of integrity. In doing so, it will guide Party members and cadres to consciously strive for high standards in self-discipline and integrity, firmly stay clear of any violations of Party discipline, and gradually foster throughout the Institute a positive ethos of respecting, observing, and safeguarding institutional norms.
