The municipal political and legal system visited our hospital to conduct a research symposium under the “Ten Thousand Police Officers Enter Ten Thousand Enterprises” initiative.

On August 20, a joint service team comprising Liu Hongqi, Political Commissar of the Public Transportation Branch of the Jinan Municipal Public Security Bureau; Fu Xueyu, Deputy Director of the Trial Management Division of the Municipal Court; Wang Gongxiu, Clerk of the Criminal Execution Prosecution Department of the Municipal Procuratorate; Ming Kang from the Political Work Section of the Public Transportation Branch of the Municipal Public Security Bureau; and Sun Yanyan, Senior Partner at Shanghai Duan & Duan Law Firm (Jinan) under the Municipal Justice Bureau (and the Municipal Lawyers Association), paid a visit to our court for a research symposium. During the meeting, they engaged in an in-depth exchange with our court on effectively implementing the “Ten Thousand Police Officers Enter Ten Thousand Enterprises” initiative. Attending the symposium were our court’s President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Diao Haizhong; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Yang Cheng; Vice President and Head of the Trade Union, Sun Xinyong; as well as heads of several departments.
At the symposium, Liu Hongqi provided an overview of the “Ten Thousand Police Officers Enter Ten Thousand Enterprises” initiative, emphasizing that this round of engagement aims to deliver policies, legal guidance, and services to businesses; to solicit their legitimate concerns and gather feedback on ways to further improve the business environment; and to help enterprises overcome developmental challenges. The effort seeks to forge a strong synergy between political and legal authorities and the business community, thereby providing tangible support to foster enterprise growth.
Diao Haizhong, on behalf of the Shandong Institute, extended a warm welcome to Liu Hongqi and his delegation, expressing appreciation and gratitude for the municipal political and legal system’s pragmatic approach of proactively providing front‑line services. He outlined the Institute’s basic profile—covering its historical development, personnel, qualifications, organizational structure, areas of practice, and Party building—and raised several pressing issues, including clarifying the affiliation of the Party organization and improving office space conditions.
The convening of this symposium has streamlined communication channels between the two sides and built a bridge for our institute to appropriately voice its concerns. Both parties expressed their intention to establish regular liaison mechanisms going forward, further enhancing mutual communication. With the robust legal and political safeguards provided by the municipal political‑legal system, our institute will strive to conduct its operations in full compliance with the law, thereby making a positive contribution to the region’s sound and rapid economic development.
