On October 20, the Institute’s General Office (Human Resources and Party Committee Organization) convened the 2020 preliminary review meeting for professional and technical titles, conducting a preliminary evaluation of 18 senior engineers, 5 engineers, 2 assistant engineers, and 1 technician who met the eligibility criteria.
Following rigorous review and careful evaluation by the Leading Group for the Assessment of Professional and Technical Qualifications and the Preliminary Review Committee, all 23 candidates who applied for relevant professional and technical positions have successfully passed the preliminary assessment.
In recent years, our institute has attached great importance to the professional title evaluation process, conscientiously implementing the spirit of relevant documents such as the “Detailed Rules for Professional Title Evaluation of the China Coal Geological Bureau” and the “Guidance on the Review of Application Materials for Professional Technical Positions in the Engineering and Political Work Series of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau.” Upholding the principle of combining virtue and talent, with virtue taking precedence, we have rigorously reviewed and vetted the submitted materials, effectively carried out the evaluation of professional and technical personnel, continuously optimized the structure of our talent pool, and striven to provide robust intellectual and human resource support for the institute’s reform and development in the new era.
