On November 3, our institute convened a meeting of the院长’s office to convey and study the spirit of the Group (General Administration) symposium on the 14th Five-Year Plan.
Dean and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Diao Haizhong, on behalf of our institute’s participants, conveyed and studied the content of the special training titled “Deepening Reform, Planning Scientifically, and Comprehensively Promoting the High-Quality, Rapid Development of the Group Company,” delivered by Shang Honglin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Group (Bureau). He also summarized the reports, training lectures given by Group (Bureau) leaders, and the sessions conducted by external experts. Furthermore, he outlined the Group (General Administration)’s strategic vision for adjusting its industrial layout during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and presented the Group’s (General Administration’s) comments and recommendations regarding the preparation of our institute’s 14th Five-Year Plan. He called on all staff to align with the Group’s (General Administration’s) reform and development philosophy, further liberate their thinking, strengthen their awareness and mindset of enterprise reform and development, know when to act and when to refrain, clearly identify their industrial strengths, continuously deepen reform, and propel all aspects of our institute’s work toward leapfrog growth during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Through this briefing on the spirit of the meeting, our institute’s leadership team gained a clearer understanding of the Group’s (General Administration’s) development strategies, objectives, and supporting measures for the 14th Five-Year Plan period, thereby further unifying their thinking, elevating their perspective, and boosting their motivation.
Going forward, our institute will, in accordance with the spirit of the meeting, further refine and adjust our “14th Five-Year Plan” to even higher standards. We will also continue to study and implement the meeting’s directives through various channels, aligning the thoughts and actions of all our staff and cadres with the Group’s (Bureau’s) development blueprint, thereby contributing to the high-quality, rapid growth of China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
