Recently, the Political Research Association of Sinochem held its 2020 annual review meeting for political research papers. The meeting was chaired by Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director, with Chen Ming, Secretary-General of the Political Research Association of the China National Bureau of Coal Geology, in attendance.

The panel of judges, guided by the principle of “integrating ideological and political work into core tasks and serving the overall cause of reform and development,” reviewed 22 policy research papers from five perspectives—organizational development, ideological and political cadres and talent, cultural publicity, supervision and discipline enforcement, and the socialization of retired personnel—and offered constructive suggestions for revision. Based on the comprehensive evaluations of the seven expert judges present, five papers, including “An Analysis of Strategies for Enhancing the Political Functions and Organizational Strength of Grassroots Party Organizations,” were recognized as “Outstanding Papers of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau Policy Research Association.”
