From December 15 to 18, the “2020 Procurement and Bidding Training Conference,” hosted by Sinochem Mingda Holding Group Co., Ltd. and organized by the Henan Bureau, was held in Zhengzhou. Liu Xingwang, General Manager of Sinochem Mingda Holding Group and Deputy Secretary of its Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, while Jiang Xinhua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Henan Bureau, gave a welcoming address.

At the opening ceremony, Liu Xingwang emphasized that this training represents a significant step toward enhancing procurement management across our group. He urged participating professionals to: first, align their thinking and deepen their understanding, continuously elevating the overall standard of procurement operations; second, tailor procurement management systems to the specific circumstances of each unit, thereby fostering compliant business practices; and third, accelerate the development of the electronic procurement platform and the digital transformation process, driving improvements in procurement quality and efficiency.

Liu Xingwang stated that he hopes everyone will cherish this opportunity, deepen their understanding, and approach learning with humility, thereby making solid progress in enhancing procurement management and ensuring that they truly reflect on what they have learned, feel its value, and gain tangible benefits.

This training session featured a lecture by Professor Chen Chuansheng, head of the expert group for the “Procurement Management and Operational Standards for State-Owned Enterprises” project, who presented on “An Interpretation of the Operational Standards for State-Owned Enterprise Procurement,” as well as the distinctive characteristics of state‑owned enterprise procurement and related pain points. In addition, instructors from Zhongke Software conducted hands-on training on the electronic procurement platform of the China National Bureau of Coal Geology. A total of 83 participants, including relevant leaders from all units under the Group and personnel responsible for platform operations, attended the training.
