The Standardization Inspection and Exchange Seminar on Financial Work of the Group (Bureau) — Southern Region — was held in Changsha.


To enhance the practical skills of financial personnel across all positions within the Group (Bureau) and to elevate the standardization of financial management, the Group (Bureau) recently convened a seminar on the standardized review of financial operations in the Southern Region at the Tax Cadre Academy of the State Taxation Administration in Changsha. Chen Haiyong, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of the Group (Bureau), attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

During this meeting, in-depth presentations, discussions, and exchanges were held on financial standardization inspections and key‑point control, as well as on standardized checks for cashier positions. In addition, tax‑related training was conducted, a working session was convened with the financial heads of directly affiliated units, and the latest financial management regulations issued and implemented by the China National Coal Administration were communicated and explained. The Hunan Institute also provided a demonstration and detailed explanation of its information‑technology‑based project management system.

Chen Haiyong outlined the objectives and significance of this seminar, setting forth the following expectations for financial officers and all finance personnel: First, they must fully appreciate the importance of training and continuous learning. In the context of deepening reforms, finance professionals should persistently strengthen their knowledge, refine their working methods, and steadily enhance their capabilities to better support the economic development of their organizations. Second, through training and exchanges, they should adopt new ways of thinking and effectively improve their competencies. All finance staff are encouraged to continually bolster their abilities in self‑learning, execution, coordination, innovation, and adaptability. Third, they should think proactively and actively engage in discussions to ensure the quality and effectiveness of their learning. With regard to this seminar, finance personnel are urged to maintain a serious attitude, reflect on existing challenges, observe discipline, and strive to gain insights, deepen understanding, and achieve tangible results—transforming the outcomes of this exchange into concrete steps that advance their professional growth, address their weaknesses, and remedy shortcomings in their work. Zhou Fangping, Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of the Tax Cadre College of the State Taxation Administration (Changsha), Hao Yushui, Regional Operations Director of the Group (Bureau) and Party Secretary of the Hunan Institute, and Wu Hong, Deputy Party Secretary and President of the Hunan Institute, attended the opening ceremony. More than 40 participants, including financial officers, key finance personnel, and cashiers from the Group (Bureau) and its directly affiliated units, took part in the seminar.
