“Innovation in Action, Transcendence Through Practice—Case Studies of Chinese Enterprises’ Innovative Practices at the Outset of the 14th Five-Year Plan” is one of the volumes in the China Enterprise Party Building Committee’s series, “A Tribute to the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China—Selected Outstanding Achievements in Enterprise Party‑Building Innovation.” The cases collected reflect, from diverse perspectives, angles, and levels, how enterprises have thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, employing high‑quality party building to guide their own high‑quality development—detailing concrete practices, effective measures, insights gained, and tangible results. Together, they vividly demonstrate the strong commitment, clear awareness, and unwavering stance of the broader business community in upholding the leadership of the Party and strengthening Party building. They also highlight the practical, distinctive approaches devised by grassroots party branches to implement the spirit of the central authorities, fulfill the requirements of higher‑level party committees, and leverage their unique characteristics, thereby fully exercising their role as bastions of combat effectiveness—approaches that are both dynamic and rich in highlights. These cases hold significant reference value and offer valuable lessons for enterprise party organizations as they carry out party‑building work in the new era. This inclusion in the “Case Studies” volume represents an important recognition of Sinochem Mingda Holding Group’s diligent implementation of the CPC Central Committee’s pivotal decision to launch Party‑history study and education across the entire Party. On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, it underscores the Group’s efforts to draw wisdom and strength from the Party’s century‑long journey of great struggle, to deepen the study and application of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to consolidate and expand upon the achievements of the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” and to inspire cadres, employees, and the general public to advance with confidence into the new journey of fully building a modern socialist country. It also serves as powerful validation of the “Mingda Model” in Party‑history study and education.

The “Selected Works” will be officially published and distributed by the National Library Press before July 1, as a tribute to the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
