On the morning of July 1, Shang Honglin, Party Secretary, Director, and Chairman of the Group (Bureau), visited Mingda Northeast Company to join all cadres and employees in watching the rally celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, listening to the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and jointly marking the Party’s centenary. Following the event, Shang Honglin delivered a special Party lecture titled “Looking Back on the Party’s Century-Long Journey and Celebrating Its Centennial Birthday,” addressing the company’s Party members and cadres.
During the Party lecture, Shang Honglin provided a comprehensive review of the Communist Party of China’s century-long journey and its remarkable achievements, deeply reflecting on the great spirit of self-sacrifice and arduous struggle that has defined the Party. He also shared a collective vision of advancing toward a modern socialist country and striving to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In addition, drawing on the Group (Bureau)’s mission and tasks as well as the Northeast Company’s specific work, Shang Honglin conducted a thorough analysis and offered pragmatic guidance across four key areas: the Northeast Company’s business development, the current circumstances and challenges it faces, its future directions, and the concrete requirements for its ongoing work. Shang Honglin expressed his hope that every Party member and cadre will shoulder the responsibilities and missions of the new era, carry forward and cultivate innovative thinking, and, by identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems, continuously promote innovation in theory, practice, and institutions—thereby forging a path of development suited to the new era and energetically ushering in a new phase of progress across all aspects of the Northeast Company’s endeavors.
While watching the rally celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and listening to Shang Honglin’s Party lecture, everyone was deeply engrossed and filled with excitement, feeling immense pride in the great achievements attained by the Party and the country. Participants unanimously expressed that, throughout a century of Party history and a century-long journey, as members of the Party they must resolutely uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, carry forward the red gene, and promote the revolutionary spirit. They pledged to remain committed to their respective posts, serve the people wholeheartedly, and contribute their share to the cause of the Party and the country.
