On the afternoon of July 22, Liu Xingwang, General Manager of the Group (Bureau), Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Deputy Director, led a delegation to visit Tianjin Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. He held a symposium with Yu Lijun, Deputy General Manager, to discuss collaborative initiatives in municipal engineering, engineering surveying, mine ecological restoration, landscape greening, and other areas, and subsequently signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Liu Xingwang provided a brief overview of the Group’s (Bureau’s) historical evolution, its technological and platform strengths, its industrial layout—“one foundation, three pillars, two integrations”—as well as the status of its related operations nationwide. He stated that our Group (Bureau) attaches great importance to business development in the Tianjin region, having established a branch office there to deliver high‑quality services. He expressed hope that this symposium would strengthen mutual trust, foster collaborative efforts, and create synergies, thereby contributing together to Tianjin’s drive for high‑quality development.
Yu Lijun welcomed the arrival of Liu Xingwang and his delegation, highly commending the Group (Bureau) for its business strengths, service philosophy, and the achievements it has attained in recent years in areas such as mine ecological restoration, engineering surveying, and underground engineering. He expressed the hope that, by leveraging the Group’s core competencies, the two sides will collaborate closely in municipal infrastructure construction, engineering surveying, infrastructure development, landscape greening, and other fields, sharing resources, complementing each other’s strengths, and pursuing mutually beneficial growth.
Chai Yi, General Manager of the Group’s Tianjin Branch, Liao Xianfeng, Chief Engineer of the Hebei Institute, Zhu Changxia, Deputy Chief Engineer of Mingda Ocean, along with relevant personnel from the Market Development Division, attended the signing ceremony.
