　　On August 20, Sinochem Mingda Holding Group Co., Ltd. was granted a Construction Safety Production License by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban–Rural Development, with certificate number (Beijing) JZ An Xu Zheng Zi [2021] No. 039724.

　　The attainment of this certificate represents another significant milestone for the Group, following its earlier acquisition of four construction‑industry qualifications: “Level‑3 Specialized Contractor for Environmental Protection Projects,” “Level‑3 Specialized Contractor for Foundation and Substructure Engineering,” “Level‑3 General Contractor for Municipal Public Works,” and “Level‑3 General Contractor for Building Construction.” This achievement signifies that the Group is fully qualified to ensure safe production in project contracting and construction operations, and it holds great importance for enhancing the Group’s market competitiveness, facilitating its transformation and upgrading, and supporting its high‑quality development.
