On September 7, Wang Zhongqi, Executive General Manager of China Railway Construction Development Group, and his delegation visited the Group (Bureau) for a business exchange. They held a symposium on various areas of cooperation, including ecological environment and mine remediation, as well as mineral resource exploration and development. Shang Honglin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and Director of the Group (Bureau), attended the meeting.
Shang Honglin stated that, in recent years, our group (bureau) has focused on strengthening its operations in areas such as mineral resource development and ecological environmental protection. On the one hand, we have concentrated on our core business, securing high-quality mining rights through exploration investments, acquisitions, and mergers. On the other hand, we have actively responded to the national strategy for ecological civilization, innovatively integrating industry with finance to develop business models, and vigorously advancing the green‑mining and ecological restoration value chain. In doing so, we have helped local governments address pressing challenges in ecological and environmental governance, fully demonstrating the political commitment and social responsibility of a central state‑owned enterprise. We hope that, through this symposium and exchange, both sides will further enhance mutual communication and jointly pursue shared development.
Wang Zhongqi expressed strong approval of our group (bureau)’s professional and technical strengths, service philosophy, and the achievements we have attained in recent years in mineral resource development and ecological‑environmental conservation. He stated that he hopes to leverage our group’s (bureau’s) core professional and technical expertise to forge comprehensive cooperation in areas such as ecology and the environment, mineral resource exploration and investment, and resource development and utilization; to establish a liaison mechanism; and to achieve complementary advantages and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Deng Jiantao, Marketing Director of China Railway Construction Development Group, along with leaders from the Investment and Operations Department, the Development Planning Department, the Ecological Planning Institute, and other relevant units, attended the symposium. Also in attendance were Lin Guoxuan, a member of the Group (Bureau) Party Committee, Deputy Director, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Trade Union; Yu Yuejin, Chief Investment Advisor; and representatives from the Fund Management Company, the Planning and Development Department, the Market Development Division, and the General Office.
