During his stay in Shaanxi, Liu Xingwang also supervised the implementation of the spirit of the Party‑building work conference for state‑owned enterprises held by the Shaanxi Institute. He urged the Institute to continue upholding the leadership of the Party and strengthening Party building, fully carry out the Group (Bureau)’s “look‑back” arrangements, and steadily advance the three‑year action plan for state‑owned enterprise reform. Guided by market demand, it should intensify reform efforts and expand into new markets, continuously enhance its overall strength, and achieve high‑quality development.

Sun Haihua, Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau) Human Resources Department; Jing Miao, Deputy Director of the Market Development Division; and Liu Junsheng, Vice President of the Institute of Geological Research, accompanied the field visit.
