The Party Committee leadership of the Service Center for Retired Cadres in Industrial Sectors of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology paid a visit to our institute to conduct an inspection of Party-building work.

On November 18, a delegation led by Hou Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Service Center for Retired Cadres in the Industrial Sector of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, along with Liu Yuhua, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director, and Niu Junyun, Director of the Party and Mass Work Division, visited our institute to conduct a research visit and hold a symposium.
At the symposium, Dean and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Diao Haizhong presented a report on the institute’s production and business operations; Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean Wang Qingfeng outlined the institute’s historical development, the status of its Party organization, the progress of Party-building work, and the implementation of Party history study and education. Hou Bin commended the achievements made in the institute’s Party-building efforts and sought detailed information on its production and business activities.
In his concluding remarks, Hou Bin set forth seven specific requirements for further strengthening Party building within our institute. First, we must intensify efforts in political development, with a particular focus on ensuring unwavering loyalty and maintaining complete alignment with the CPC Central Committee in terms of political stance, political direction, political principles, and the political path. Second, we must strengthen ideological development, prioritizing the cultivation of firm ideals and convictions and steadfastly upholding communist faith. Third, we must reinforce organizational development, concentrating on enhancing organizational capacity and execution power, fully leveraging the role of Party organizations as strong fortresses and that of Party members as pioneers and models, thereby building robust and effective Party organizations. Fourth, we must improve conduct and work style, addressing the issue of detachment from the masses and consistently staying committed to serving the people. Fifth, we must strengthen disciplinary development, focusing on strict adherence to rules and regulations, rigorously observing the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and Party discipline, and reinforcing a sense of responsibility and discipline. Sixth, we must advance institutional development, addressing the Party’s capacity for governance and administration by governing the Party, exercising power, and managing cadres through stringent systems. Seventh, we must intensify efforts in combating corruption and promoting integrity, ensuring the Party’s purity by properly balancing the relationships among holding office, getting things done, and being a person of integrity, and by clearly recognizing the responsibilities borne by Party members and leading cadres.
The hospital leadership expressed gratitude for the guiding remarks put forward by Hou Bin, and pledged to conscientiously convey and study these instructions, further strengthen Party building, elevate all aspects of work to a new level, and make fresh contributions to serving economic and social development.
