In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on establishing and improving market‑oriented operating mechanisms for enterprises and stimulating their vitality, deepen state‑owned enterprise reform, further refine corporate governance structures, and improve the categorized and tiered management system for senior executives of state‑owned enterprises, thereby promoting high‑quality development and ensuring the effective implementation of the Group’s (Bureau’s) Three‑Year Action Plan for SOE Reform, we hereby announce the open competitive recruitment for the positions of General Manager at our institute’s two secondary subsidiaries: Shandong Hongfa Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and Tai’an Sinochem Mingda Engineering Investigation Co., Ltd., as follows:

(II) Qualification Requirements

1. Basic Requirements

( 1) Abide by the Constitution and the laws;

( 2) Possesses sound moral character, a strong sense of professional dedication and political responsibility, and enjoys high levels of public recognition.

( 3) Possess the professional qualifications, competencies, work experience, or skills required for the position;

( 4) Possess physical health conditions that meet the requirements of the position;

( 5) Regular, on-duty staff;

( 6) Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher; exceptional candidates may be considered with more flexible requirements.

( 7) In the past three years, annual performance evaluations have all been rated as “Qualified” (or higher).

III. Procedural Requirements
