　　On the afternoon of December 29, Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), met with Lü Zehua, President of Xinhua Zhongsheng Investment Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on strengthening pragmatic cooperation, reached broad consensus, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

　　Liu Xingwang extended a warm welcome to Lü Zehua and his delegation. He noted that the Group (Bureau) enjoys distinct strengths in areas such as ecological civilization development, mine restoration and remediation, and comprehensive land‑use improvement across entire regions. Meanwhile, Xinhua Zhongsheng boasts robust industrial capabilities and an abundance of platform resources. Liu expressed hope that the two parties will further integrate their high‑quality resources, leverage their respective advantages, engage in deep cooperation across multiple fields, efficiently advance project implementation, and achieve mutual benefit and win‑win outcomes.

　　Lü Zehua outlined Xinhua Zhongsheng’s key achievements in recent years and the strategic priorities for its future development. He noted that the two parties share aligned visions across multiple domains, including ecological restoration, environmental engineering, infrastructure, and industrial funds, and expressed hope that this symposium would further deepen mutual understanding, build trust, leverage respective strengths, enhance complementarity, establish robust communication mechanisms, expand avenues for cooperation, and advance more substantive, pragmatic collaboration—thereby fostering mutually beneficial outcomes and high‑quality growth.
