Several units and individuals within the Group (Bureau) have been awarded the inaugural Quality Award of the China National Bureau of Coal Geology.

　　Recently, the China National Bureau of Coal Geology announced the list of winners of the inaugural Quality Awards. Our Group (Bureau) Geological Research Institute was awarded the Institutional Quality Management Award; Shang Pengqiang from the Geological Science and Technology Department received the Individual Quality Management Award; the Henan Bureau’s “Research Project on the Standardized Application of Geotechnical Engineering Parameters in Urban Rail Transit” was honored with the Second Prize in Quality Technology; the Guizhou Institute’s “Supplementary Exploration Project for the Second Mining Area of the Dazhuyuan and Wachangping Bauxite Deposits in Wuchuan County, Guizhou Province” was awarded the Excellent Geological Project Award; the Hunan Institute’s “Geotechnical Investigation Report for Phase I of the Changsha Greenland Meixi Xinli Project” was recognized with the High-Quality Geological Report Award; and Huang Kai of the Guizhou Institute and Fang Zhimin of Mingda Ocean Company were named Outstanding Geological Professionals.

　　Winning multiple quality awards is the result of our group (bureau) continuously improving its quality management system, earnestly fulfilling its managerial responsibilities, and placing great emphasis on talent development. In 2022, we hope that all award‑winning units and individuals will press ahead with renewed vigor, diligently publicize and promote their achievements in quality management, and further advance this work. We also encourage all geological professionals to remain committed to their posts, steadily enhance their technical expertise, continually elevate the quality of project management, and pursue excellence with meticulous attention to detail, thereby contributing to the enterprise’s high‑quality development.
