To thoroughly implement the provincial Party Committee and provincial government’s series of decisions and arrangements on work safety, comprehensively strengthen the foundation of work‑safety management, and further advance the fulfillment of principal responsibility for work safety, at the outset of 2022 our institute launched the “First Lesson of the New Year” and a company‑wide safety training program. The training was conducted through centralized sessions and self‑study by each department; institute leaders led their respective departments in participating, while the Safety and Environmental Protection Department distributed learning material packages to all staff.

On February 18, our institute held the launch ceremony for the “First Lesson of the New Year” and a safety production training session. The meeting featured briefings and training on topics such as workplace safety and strategies to overcome post-holiday fatigue, with relevant institute leaders in attendance.
Party Secretary and President Wang Qingfeng led the team in reviewing the institute’s 2021 efforts in workplace safety and epidemic prevention and control, and, in light of the institute’s specific circumstances, outlined three key requirements for 2022 safety work. First, it is essential to thoroughly study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important instructions and directives on workplace safety, earnestly implement the deployment and requirements of the provincial Party committee, the provincial government, and the provincial bureau regarding safety work, and maintain a clear understanding of the severity and complexity of the current safety situation. We must strengthen both political awareness and practical action to better coordinate production and safety. Second, heads of all departments should set an example by taking the lead in learning, firmly uphold the principle of “safety first,” rigorously enforce the “three one” measures for post-holiday resumption of work and the commencement of new projects, continuously enhance the safety awareness of all staff, and ensure that the institute’s safety situation remains stable and improves. Third, in strict accordance with the principles of “joint responsibility of the Party and government, dual responsibility for each post” and “three controls, three musts,” we must prioritize safety precautions, cascade responsibilities down through all levels, steadfastly safeguard the safety bottom line, and effectively carry out all tasks related to workplace safety, epidemic prevention and control, information security, fire safety, and hazardous chemical safety, thereby fully achieving the 2022 workplace safety objectives.
The participants jointly watched and studied a safety‑production警示教育 film. Through numerous cases of various types of violations, shocking scenes, and tragic accidents that are difficult to bear, the film serves as a powerful reminder to remain constantly vigilant.

During the first week of project commencement, under the leadership of the institute’s management, all departments and project teams, in light of their specific circumstances, successfully completed the required training while ensuring both quality and quantity, and subsequently conducted assessments of the training outcomes.
Through this training, our hospital’s staff have enhanced their safety knowledge and awareness of workplace safety, strengthened their vigilance regarding potential hazards and their ability to identify risk sources, and ensured that any emerging safety concerns are promptly addressed and rectified. Moving forward, our hospital will continue to rigorously implement the directives and requirements of the Group (Bureau), firmly prioritize, effectively execute, and meticulously manage workplace safety efforts, strictly prevent safety incidents, and safeguard the sustained stability and favorable safety environment of our institution.
