Shang Honglin Visits Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment for a Symposium and Exchange

Shang Honglin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and Director, led a delegation in a visit to Luo Hong, Deputy Director-General of the Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics including mine ecological restoration, comprehensive utilization of solid waste, and prevention and control of soil and water pollution. Diao Haizhong, a member of the Party Committee of the Group (Bureau), accompanied the delegation.
Shang Honglin provided a brief overview of the Group’s (Bureau’s) historical evolution, business model, technological strengths, and its industrial layout—“one foundation, three pillars, two integrations”—with particular emphasis on the exemplary projects it has already undertaken nationwide in the field of ecological restoration. He expressed his hope that this exchange would foster mutual trust, leverage the respective strengths of both parties, and enable close collaboration to contribute to Anhui’s efforts in building an eco‑civilization.
Luo Hong welcomed the arrival of Shang Honglin and his delegation, expressing strong appreciation for the Group’s (Bureau’s) technological strengths, platform capabilities, and service philosophy. He urged our Group (Bureau) to actively integrate into Anhui’s local economic development and ecological civilization initiatives, refine its cooperation and business models, deepen its presence in key regions, and achieve breakthroughs in collaboration between central enterprises and local authorities.
During this period, the Group (Bureau) also reached a consensus on cooperation with Anhui Environmental Science and Technology Group in the areas of wastewater treatment and water resource management, solid waste and hazardous waste management, soil remediation, and environmental protection investment.
Ruan Min, a second-level inspector at the Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Chen Haidong, deputy director of the Science and Finance Division, and Fang Jianglong, chairman of the Anhui Environmental Technology Group, attended the symposium. Yu Yuejin, chief investment advisor of the Group (Bureau), along with relevant personnel from the Market Development Department, the fund management company, and the Henan Bureau, were in attendance.
