[Mingda Legal Education] Our institute has organized legal education and publicity activities to mark National Security Education Day.

On the eve of the seventh National Security Education Day, our institute organized a public legal education campaign themed “Firmly uphold the holistic national security outlook, appreciate the achievements of national security in the new era, and foster a favorable atmosphere in preparation for the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.”

This event was guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and aimed to deepen the study and implementation of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law and the Overall National Security Concept. All departments across the institute organized staff to engage in learning about national security‑related laws—including the Constitution, the National Security Law, the Anti‑Secession Law, the National Defense Law, the Counter‑Terrorism Law, the Data Security Law, the Biosecurity Law, and the Cybersecurity Law—through methods such as studying written materials, watching online micro‑courses, and conducting independent self‑study.

Through this event, the vast majority of our institute’s cadres and employees have gained a thorough understanding of the rich implications and profound significance of upholding the holistic national security outlook and safeguarding national security, further embedding the concept of comprehensive security in their minds. Moving forward, our institute will continue to diversify the forms of publicity and education on national security, steadfastly carry out a series of legal‑awareness campaigns, and effectively enhance the sense of responsibility among all staff and cadres to fulfill their legal duties, thereby fulfilling their due social responsibilities in respecting and abiding by the law and consciously safeguarding national security.
