　　April 15, 2022, marked the seventh National Security Education Day. To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law, promote the full implementation of the Constitution, and vigorously enhance citizens’ awareness of proactively safeguarding national security, the Group (Bureau) organized a series of legal‑education activities under the theme “Firmly Uphold the Overall National Security Concept and Appreciate the Achievements of National Security in the New Era,” aiming to create a favorable atmosphere in preparation for the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

　　This legal education campaign aims to promote National Security Education Day, helping all cadres and employees gain a thorough understanding of key national security issues and enhance their awareness of confidentiality. The activities take diverse forms, including short video lessons, written materials, promotional brochures, and advocacy letters, thereby fostering greater interest in learning the law among staff. The content covers legal provisions from the National Security Law, the Anti-Secession Law, the National Defense Law, the Counter-Terrorism Law, the Data Security Law, the Biosecurity Law, the Cybersecurity Law, and other relevant statutes. Such legal outreach plays a crucial foundational role in embedding the concept of comprehensive security, shaping an integrated security framework, and further advancing the Group’s (Bureau’s) transformation and upgrading toward rule-of-law governance.
