[Summer Cooling Assistance] Hospital leaders visited the Jining project site to extend condolences and support to employees.

In recent days, the Jining region has experienced sustained high temperatures. On June 28, Ji Ruifeng, Chairman of our institute’s trade union, along with a delegation, visited the site of the coal-mining subsidence remediation project at Daizhuang Coal Mine, undertaken by the Mineral Development (International) Branch, to extend their greetings and support to the project team. They brought “cooling relief” and heartfelt care to the geologists working tirelessly under the sweltering heat.

Jia Ruifeng, on behalf of the hospital’s trade union and the hospital leadership, extended warm condolences to frontline staff and presented them with supplies to help prevent heat‑related illness. He also gained a thorough understanding of the project’s construction progress, inquired about the challenges faced on site, and earnestly urged all frontline workers to prioritize heat‑prevention measures while maintaining rigorous work schedules, ensuring their health and safety.

Since the onset of summer, our institute has made the ongoing “Summer Cool‑Down” outreach and慰问 campaign a key component of its regular efforts to deliver tangible benefits to the public. We have visited numerous project sites, extending care and support to frontline workers battling extreme heat, offering them a refreshing respite from the summer swelter. This gesture has deeply moved our staff and greatly boosted morale. Frontline employees have pledged to uphold the spirit of hard work and resilience characteristic of Sinochem geologists—facing scorching temperatures, pressing ahead with determination, and ensuring timely project delivery. With high spirits and unwavering dedication, they are committed to excelling in their roles, overcoming challenges, and striving to contribute to the high‑quality development of the Shandong Institute.
