To further consolidate the achievements of the Party’s mass‑line education campaign, strengthen the building of Party organizations and members, and promote the spirit of scientists, the Third Party Branch of the General Administration recently joined forces with the Second Party Branch to visit the Beijing Science Center and hold a themed Party Day activity titled “A Century of Struggle: Marching Together Toward Science.”
This exhibition centers on the theme “Unity of Hearts Behind the Party, Self-Reliance and Strength,” taking the Communist Party of China’s steadfast leadership and inspiring guidance as its guiding thread. Framed by the spirit of science, it weaves together the spirits of the “Two Bombs, One Satellite” program, the Westward Relocation, human spaceflight, epidemic prevention, and lunar exploration, among others. The show brings together rare materials—timeless photographs, handwritten letters, and personal manuscripts—of China’s scientific community, offering a vivid, multi-dimensional portrayal of the moving stories of scientists who, under the Party’s strong leadership, have dedicated themselves to the great cause of saving the nation through science and serving the country, revitalizing it, and strengthening it.
This exhibition has further inspired Party members to demonstrate greater enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship. Participants unanimously expressed their determination to take the older generation of scientists and outstanding scientific and technological professionals of the new era as role models, vigorously promote and consciously embody the spirit of Chinese scientists, remain true to their original aspiration of serving the country through science and technology, fulfill their mission of building a strong nation through science and technology, set lofty goals, overcome difficulties, courageously scale new heights, and dedicate themselves wholeheartedly. They pledged to make fresh and significant contributions to advancing the Group’s (Bureau’s) high-quality development by striving to achieve a higher level of scientific and technological self-reliance and strength.
