Recently, Shang Honglin, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board, and Director of the Group (Bureau), paid a visit to the Guangxi Institute to conduct on-site research and provide guidance. He successively toured the Testing Center of Sinochem (Guangxi) Geological Exploration Co., Ltd. and the Liutang Far East Fertilizer Company in Guangxi, and inspected the construction site of the Guangxi Institute’s relocation and new‑base project.
During the field visit, Shang Honglin gained an in-depth understanding of the instrument and equipment configuration, utilization, management, and staffing at the Testing Center of Sinochem (Guangxi) Geological Exploration Co., Ltd. He emphasized that the Testing Center must thoroughly implement the 14th Five-Year Plan, start from a new vantage point, adapt to the evolving environment, and proactively leverage its technical strengths. Additionally, he called for refining the company’s incentive mechanisms to further boost employee motivation and strive to elevate the Testing Center to a new level of performance.
At the Far East Fertilizer Company in Litang, Guangxi, Shang Honglin toured the company’s honor wall and inspected the factory premises, commending the enterprise for its longstanding efforts and achievements. He emphasized, “Far East Fertilizer should strive to become a model enterprise leveraging advanced production technologies, fully capitalize on its strengths as a ‘specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative’ company, enhance product quality, and elevate its brand image.”
At the subsequent symposium, attended by relevant leaders of Binyang County and the company’s management team, Shang Honglin expressed his gratitude for Binyang County’s consistent care and support for Far East Company. He emphasized that Far East should proactively fulfill its responsibilities as a central state‑owned enterprise, make new and greater contributions to the local economy, firmly uphold the concept of safe development, strengthen workplace safety management, and ensure secure and sustainable growth.
Tian Li, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau); Zhang Jianchun, Director of Southwest Regional Operations of the Group (Bureau); Zhang Yu, Director of the Strategic Investment Department of the Group (Bureau); Li Shuang, Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau) General Office; and Huang Xianhua, Deputy Director‑Administrator of the Strategic Investment Department of the Group (Bureau), accompanied the inspection. Relevant members of the leading team of the Guangxi Institute also attended the aforementioned activities.
