Recently, Diao Haizhong, a member of the Party Committee of the Bureau (Group), led a delegation to Shandong Energy Group Luxi Mining Co., Ltd. for an inspection and research visit. The two sides held a symposium to exchange views on geological exploration, disaster prevention and control, and ecological environment restoration.
Diao Haizhong began by outlining the bureau (group)’s historical evolution, industrial structure, core business lines, and key competitive advantages. He emphasized the organization’s new-era mission to safeguard national strategic mineral resources and ecological security, highlighting its achievements in developing and utilizing critical chemical industry inputs—such as phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, and fluorite—as well as other strategic mineral resources, all within the framework of an industrial system centered on “one foundational pillar and three supporting pillars.” He expressed hope that, through in-depth exchanges and cooperation, both parties will further advance collaboration in areas including mineral and energy resources, ecological restoration, and cutting-edge technologies.
Zhang Shengguo, Party Secretary and Chairman of Luxi Mining, extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by Diao Haizhong and outlined the company’s journey of regional integration and the achievements it has attained. He emphasized that Luxi Mining has firmly embraced the principle of “addressing disasters before commencing mining operations,” consistently prioritizing proactive exploration and comprehensive remediation, and rigorously adhering to the policies of “no production until disasters are fully addressed” and “no commissioning until quality standards are met.” As a result, the company has maintained a stable and secure safety record, gaining a strategic advantage in pursuing high‑quality, specialized development of its core business. He expressed hope that both sides will strengthen communication and coordination, deepen mutual exchanges and cooperation, and jointly drive the enterprise’s long-term growth.
