Looking back on the past year, under the strong leadership of our superior Party and government authorities, we seized the opportunities presented by the economic recovery and growth following the transition in COVID‑19 prevention and control. Despite facing numerous challenges and operating under considerable pressure, we continued to deepen enterprise reform, strengthen market development, and take solid steps toward high‑quality growth. We successfully fulfilled all operational targets and tasks set at the beginning of the year, achieving remarkable and encouraging results.

This year, we strengthened our foundations, forged our spirit, and united as one. Throughout the entire hospital We have comprehensively implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, and carried out in earnest the thematic education campaign on studying and applying Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. We successfully completed the elections for the two committees, the trade union, and the Youth League committee, thereby charting a new blueprint for development. Upholding Party building as the guiding force for development, we have further strengthened the ideological foundation among cadres and employees to wholeheartedly advance reform and pool our efforts to pursue growth, while maintaining an even more vigorous spirit of forging ahead and rising to challenges.

This year, we deepened reform to unleash momentum. Under the guidance of the “1231” core development strategy, the three major business segments have achieved steady growth, and the industrial structure has been further optimized. Centered on the “One Profit, Five Ratios” performance evaluation framework, we have strengthened efforts to reduce and control working capital and accounts receivable, yielding new progress in enhancing quality and efficiency. We have formulated and implemented a new compensation and performance appraisal system, continuously deepening… Three-system reform 。 Comprehensively enhance the level of basic management and effectively prevent and mitigate operational risks.

This year, we proactively pursued innovation and strengthened our core competencies. Strengthen efforts to build science and technology innovation teams and refine mechanisms for incentivizing scientific and technological innovation. The annual evaluations of two university-level science and technology innovation teams have been completed, with notable progress in building a robust team of scientific and technological talent. Successfully obtained the Class-A, integrated license for geological hazard assessment and engineering investigation and design, and secured a series of scientific and technological achievements, including authorized invention patents and utility model patents.

This year, we expanded our markets and forged ahead with determination. Step up efforts to expand market access. ， Implement a company-wide marketing incentive mechanism and actively participate in the new round of strategic initiatives for mineral exploration breakthroughs. Strengthen domestic and international exchanges and cooperation, We have deeply explored and cultivated our distinctive geological strengths overseas, successfully undertaking and implementing a series of high-quality projects in countries including Argentina, Laos, Bolivia, Malaysia, Peru, and Sudan. , ushering in a new landscape for overseas development 。

This year, we have shared in development and improved people’s livelihoods. We continue to provide supplementary medical insurance for employees, use company‑funded resources to issue heating allowances and reimburse childcare fees for employees’ children, and make retroactive payments of housing subsidies corresponding to previous years for retirees. We consistently carry out grassroots outreach programs under the “Winter Warmth, Summer Coolness” initiative, offer assistance to employees in need, and engage in poverty‑alleviation efforts outside the company.
