Our institute convened a meeting to advance project management and compliance management.

To implement the principle of operating in compliance with the law and to further strengthen business management, foster synergy in project management, and drive a transition from extensive to intensive, standardized, and lean project management, our institute recently convened a conference to advance project management and compliance management.

At the meeting, the higher-level management systems—including the “Project Management Guidelines,” the “Management Measures for Business Projects,” and the “Detailed Implementation Rules for Overseas Project Development and Management”—were thoroughly communicated and explained. Key priorities for the institute’s near-term project management and compliance efforts were also outlined, with particular emphasis placed on overseas projects and safety management. Participants jointly studied and discussed documents such as the “List of Required Documentation for Each Project Phase,” the “Negative List for Project Access,” and the “Performance Evaluation Form for Project Management,” and engaged in in-depth discussions based on challenges encountered during project execution.

The meeting called on all department heads to attach great importance to this matter, strictly adhere to relevant regulations and procedures, deepen refined project management, continuously enhance the institute’s capacity for law-based and compliant operations, earnestly implement the safety production responsibility system, and comprehensively advance the high-quality development of Shandong Institute.

The meeting was chaired by Sun Xinyong, Vice President (Deputy General Manager) and Chief Compliance Officer, and was attended by more than 20 participants, including the institute’s leadership, heads of relevant functional departments, and heads and staff members of various business entities.
