Our hospital has organized a financial lecture series and a business training symposium for exchange and discussion.

To further publicize and implement the China National Coal Administration’s accounting system and ensure its comprehensive rollout, the Institute’s Asset and Finance Department recently held a financial training session in the Taian District activity room, organizing finance personnel to thoroughly study the “Accounting System” and the “Accounting System Guide” issued by the Administration. Drawing on the content of these documents, the department compiled, collated, and summarized key business procedures into a new‑version database of standard accounting practices. It also conducted focused instruction on priority topics, facilitated exchanges and discussions around critical processes, and carried out mutual reviews of accounting vouchers—combining teaching with practice and using instruction to enhance learning—thereby strengthening foundational accounting work and improving the professional competence of finance and accounting staff.

Meanwhile, to further strengthen the financial system and standardize foundational procedures and enhance the integration of business and finance, the Asset and Finance Department held a symposium with the various operating units in Taian District. Participants included heads of operating units such as the Taian Geological Institute, Taian Engineering Investigation, and the Yanjing Branch, along with key business personnel and accounting staff. During the meeting, each department, drawing on its own responsibilities and the substantive nature of its operations, engaged in mutual exchange and pooled collective wisdom, actively offering suggestions and recommendations for the proposed revision of our institute’s Financial Operations Manual, thereby inspiring new approaches and methodologies.

This event was rich in content, characterized by a vibrant atmosphere and yielded significant results. It further guided all participants to adopt a risk‑prevention‑oriented approach, continuously refining the financial management system and internal control processes. This laid a solid foundation for our institute to strengthen internal controls, enhance risk awareness, and elevate the level of financial oversight and management, while encouraging all departments to deepen and solidify their financial work and jointly contribute to the high‑quality development of Shandong Institute.
