Recently, Yuan Bing, General Manager of Xingfa Group Co., Ltd., led a delegation to our institute for a symposium and exchange. Joining the discussion were Jiao Sen, a member of the Party Committee of the Bureau (Group) and Chief Engineer, who oversees the Party and administrative affairs of the Shandong Institute.

At the meeting, Jiao Sen extended a warm welcome to Yuan Bing and his delegation, providing a detailed overview of the bureau (group)’s business scope, its key mineral resources, and its strategic development directions. Peng Mingzhang, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director (Deputy General Manager) of Shandong Institute, outlined the institute’s basic profile, its major business segments, and its market‑expansion efforts. Jiao Sen expressed his hope to further strengthen communication and collaboration with Xingfa Group, fostering new areas of cooperation through industry–university–research integration, while also deepening industrial‑chain linkages, exploring innovative approaches in overseas project development and mineral‑rights acquisition, and pursuing comprehensive, more in‑depth partnerships.

Yuan Bing expressed his appreciation for the achievements of Sinochem Bureau’s development and provided an overview of Xingfa Group’s strategic positioning, market expansion, and business scope. Both sides unanimously stated that they hope to take this exchange as an opportunity to leverage their respective resource and exploration strengths, broaden cooperation in areas such as mineral development and cultural tourism, intensify collaborative efforts, and jointly pursue high-quality growth.
