The Youth League Committee of the Bureau (Group) held a special briefing session on studying and implementing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-Point Decision.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision on Improving Party and Government Conduct, further promote and carry forward the May Fourth Movement spirit, and guide all young League members across the organization to firmly establish a correct view of power, performance, and career, the Youth League Committee of the Bureau (Group) held a special briefing session on May 14 titled “Carrying Forward the May Fourth Spirit and Strictly Upholding the Disciplinary Bottom Line,” aimed at deepening study and education on the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision. Long Yuanqing, Deputy Secretary of the Bureau (Group) Party Committee, attended the meeting and addressed the participants, while Zhu Zhehui, Secretary of the Bureau (Group) Youth League Committee, presided over the event.

The meeting invited Associate Professor Sheng Xu of the People’s Public Security University of China to deliver a Party lecture titled “Comprehensively Strengthening the Party’s Work Style and Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision.” Drawing on several key aspects—including the evolution of the Party’s work‑style construction and its major theoretical achievements, a scientific understanding of the spirit of the Eight‑Point Decision, and the need to forge ahead with determination and courage in accordance with the General Secretary’s expectations for young people in the new era—the lecture systematically elucidated the core principles and practical requirements of the Eight‑Point Decision, as well as how young cadres can uphold disciplinary red lines in their work and how young employees can get off to a good start in life.
