In accordance with the overall development strategy of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau (China Chemida Holding Group Co., Ltd.), the needs of its talent development, and our institute’s staffing plan, it has been decided to publicly recruit personnel for relevant positions. The relevant details are hereby announced as follows:

I. Introduction to the Organization

Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau (Shandong Zhonghua Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as “Zhonghua Shandong Institute”) was founded in 1972. It is affiliated with the China National Coal Geological Bureau, which is under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and directly managed by the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau. It is a state-owned geological exploration unit at the deputy-bureau level with independent legal person status. The institute’s headquarters is located in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, and it has two operational areas: Jinan and Tai’an.

The company holds five Class-A qualifications, including geotechnical investigation, surveying and mapping, geological hazard assessment and remediation engineering investigation and design, geological hazard remediation construction, and geological hazard remediation supervision. It also possesses a Grade-I specialized contractor license for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, and thermal insulation projects, as well as a Grade-II specialized contractor license for foundation and groundwork engineering. The company has been awarded an AAA corporate credit rating, certified under the three‑standard management system—quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety—and its laboratory has passed national-level metrological accreditation. Additionally, it has achieved Level 2 standardization in workplace safety, been recognized as an Integrity Unit for Geological Work by the Geological Society of China, and designated as a Model Civilized Unit directly under the Shandong Provincial Government.

Sinochem Shandong Institute closely aligns with national strategies and market demands, offering a broad range of services that encompass regional geological surveys, mineral resource exploration, urban geology, environmental geology, hydrogeology, engineering geology, agricultural geology, geological hazard mitigation, ecological and environmental restoration, surveying and mapping as well as geographic information applications, salt‑well drilling, engineering investigation and construction, and the research and promotion of geological technologies. To date, the institute has undertaken more than 350 mineral exploration projects, identified over 60 mineral occurrences and more than 30 medium- to large‑scale deposits spanning over 20 mineral types, and delivered thousands of social‑service projects in hydrogeology, engineering geology, agricultural geology, environmental geology, and other fields.

III. Eligibility Requirements

1. IV. Recruitment Process

(1) Registration

2. (II) Qualification Review

In accordance with the job requirements, the employing organization promptly conducts eligibility reviews and preliminary screening of applicants based on their academic majors, basic qualifications, and other relevant criteria.

(3) Interview

Based on the results of the qualification review and the specifics of the position applied for, candidates who advance to the interview stage will be promptly notified by email, text message, or phone. Candidates who do not proceed to the interview will not receive further notification.

(4) Organizing Assessments

Conduct organizational assessments in accordance with actual work requirements.

(5) Hiring

Based on the candidates’ interview performance and organizational assessment, a preliminary list of successful applicants will be determined. Candidates who are tentatively selected will be notified by telephone. Upon receiving the notification, they must bring a health examination report issued within the past six months and report to our organization at the designated time to complete the formal hiring procedures.
