On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau extends its sincere greetings and festive congratulations to you!
In those momentous years, our original aspirations have remained steadfast. Looking back, we answered the call of the Party and the nation, putting the greater good before our own families, and with our youth and passion, we have upheld the solemn oath of “obedience to the Party’s command, capability to win, and exemplary conduct.” We have dedicated our youthful zeal and unwavering devotion to the great cause of national defense and military development, embodying the People’s Army’s unshakable loyalty and indomitable spirit. After transitioning to civilian life, we have carried forward the fine traditions of the People’s Army—remaining true to our ideals despite career changes, and preserving our resolve even after discharge—continuing to uphold the glorious legacy of resilience, perseverance, and a sense of responsibility. Grounded in our respective posts, amidst the arduous conditions of field exploration, we have tackled challenges with the geological spirit of “exceptional endurance, exceptional combat readiness, exceptional patience, and exceptional dedication.” In the minutiae and complexities of administrative and service work, we have quietly demonstrated selfless devotion, using concrete actions to pursue our dream of serving the country and the people. With sweat and steadfast commitment, we have affirmed our personal worth and made outstanding contributions to the high‑quality development of the Shandong Institute. Your presence has always been the most solid backbone of the ironclad geological corps.
Everyone has infused the loyalty forged through a military career into the geological profession, consistently upholding the red heritage and fine traditions of the People’s Army, and embodying through their actions the industry spirit of “taking pride in dedicating oneself to the geological cause, in hard work and perseverance, and in achieving meritorious service through mineral exploration.” At this critical juncture of transformation and development, they have proactively adapted to the modernization needs of geological work, boldly taken the lead in areas such as geological prospecting and ecological restoration, and injected strong momentum into the unit’s reform and development.
The new era bestows a new mission, and the new journey calls for fresh achievements. Looking ahead, we hope you will remain true to your original aspirations, serving as loyal practitioners of the Party; uphold the indomitable spirit of military personnel, acting as vanguard forces that tackle tough challenges; and deepen your expertise in your respective fields, leading the way in geological exploration.
