I. Basic Project Information

Project Name : Procurement Project for Year-Round Legal Advisory Services of the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau

Contract performance Term ： 1 year (calculated from the date of contract signing; renewal subject to performance evaluation)

II. Supplier Qualification Requirements

1. Possesses the capacity to independently assume civil liability;

2. Established in accordance with the law and duly existing, holding a valid Law Firm Practice License issued by the judicial administrative authority;

3. The law firm and the proposed project team members have not been subject to any administrative penalties or disciplinary actions in the past three years; (National Platform for Publicizing Lawyers’ Professional Integrity)

4. This project does not accept consortium bids, and subcontracting or assignment is prohibited.

5. Other conditions prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

III. Obtaining the Negotiation Documents

1. Acquisition period: April 17, 2026 to April 2026 23 day;
