In accordance with the spirit of the “Notice of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau on Issuing the ‘Guiding Opinions of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau on Deepening the Reengineering of Organizational Structures,’” our institute established a Leading Group for Deepening the Reengineering of Organizational Structures at the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute, and promptly launched the reengineering work under the leadership of this group. Based on actual conditions, we formulated the “Implementation Plan for the Reengineering of Organizational Structures at the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute,” the “Overview of Post Assignments at the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau,” and the “Compilation of Job Descriptions at the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of the China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau.”
With the approval of the General Administration of China National Chemical Corporation, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
(1) In the course of this organizational restructuring, all mid-level managers at Shandong Institute participated in the competitive recruitment process in accordance with the established organizational and post‑allocation plan, securing their positions through fair competition.
(2) This recruitment process is open only to current employees of Shandong Institute.
(3) Details regarding job postings, job requirements, eligibility criteria, and the competitive appointment procedure can be found in Attachments 1, 2, 3, and 4.
(4) Appendices 1 through 5 are all available for download on the institute’s website and via the institute’s internal QQ group.
In addition, the following key points regarding this public recruitment are hereby clarified:
(1) Applications will be accepted from August 10 to midnight on August 14. Please submit Attachment 5, the “Application Form for Competitive Posting,” to the dedicated application email address: sdhgdzjp@163.com within the specified timeframe. The email subject line should follow the format: “Application for xx Position — Applicant’s Name.”
(2) Public competitive recruitment is scheduled to take place from August 17 to August 18. On the 17th, the recruitment for principal positions in production and operations departments and for principal and deputy positions in administrative departments will be completed; on the 18th, the recruitment for deputy positions in production and operations departments will be conducted.
(3) Multimedia equipment will be provided at the on-site interview.
