In accordance with the Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and the Government, and in order to strengthen democratic oversight of cadre selection and appointment, the following cadres proposed for appointment are hereby made public prior to their assumption of office:
Liu Jinkai, male, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in October 1987, joined the workforce in July 2012, and became a member of the CPC in July 2007. He is an engineer with a bachelor’s degree, having graduated from the Air Force Engineering University with a major in law. He is slated to serve as the organizational officer of the Party Committee at the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau.
Duan Naijin, male, Han ethnicity, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in October 1983, joined the workforce in July 2010, and became a member of the Communist Party of China in November 2009. He is a senior engineer with a master’s degree, having graduated from Chang’an University with a major in Groundwater Science and Engineering. He is slated to serve as the deputy director of the Mine Water Prevention and Control Research Center at the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau.
