Public Notice from the Shandong Geological Exploration Institute of China Chemical Geology And Mining Bureau Regarding the Proposed Appointments of Qiu Guanghui and Six Other Individuals


In accordance with the Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Communist Party and the Government, and in order to strengthen democratic oversight of cadre selection and appointment, the following cadres proposed for appointment are hereby made public for pre-appointment review:
Qiu Guanghui, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in February 1979. He began his career in July 2009 and joined the CPC in December 2008. He holds the title of Senior Engineer and a master’s degree, having graduated from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) with a major in Geophysical Engineering. From February 2012 to July 2017, he served as Director of the Geophysical Exploration Technology Branch; since August 2017, he has been Director of the Geophysical and Geochemical Exploration Branch. He is slated for appointment as Assistant Director.
  Wang Jiguo, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in October 1987. He began working in July 2009 and joined the CPC in November 2007. He holds the title of Senior Engineer, earned a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from Shandong University of Science and Technology. From May 2014 to July 2017, he served as Deputy Director of the Linyi Branch; since August 2017, he has been Director of the Mineral Exploration Branch. He is slated for appointment as Director of the General Office and Assistant to the Director.
  Li Yinzhen, female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in September 1980. She began her career in April 2007 and joined the CPC in May 2002. She holds the title of Senior Engineer and a master’s degree, having graduated from Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology with a major in Geological Engineering. From March 2012 to July 2017, she served as Deputy Director of the Jinan Branch of the Institute of Geology. From August 2017 to February 2020, she was Deputy Director (Geological Science and Technology) of the Department of Geological Science and Technology (also responsible for Work Safety). Since March 2020, she has held the position of Deputy Director (Geological Science and Technology) within the Department of Geological Science and Technology (also overseeing Safety and Environmental Protection). She is slated to be appointed Deputy Chief Engineer.
  Yin Yujing, female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in February 1986, joined the workforce in July 2010, and became a member of the CPC in December 2006. She holds the title of Senior Engineer, holds a master’s degree, and graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a major in Mineral Prospecting and Exploration. Since February 2018, she has served as Deputy Director of the Assets and Finance Department (in charge of daily operations) and is slated to be appointed Director of the same department.
  Chen Haiying, female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in December 1985. She began working in July 2008 and joined the CPC in July 2013. She holds the title of Political Work Specialist, has a bachelor’s degree, and graduated from the School of Journalism at Shandong University’s Weihai Campus. From August 2017 to February 2020, she served as Deputy Director of the General Office (Party Committee Office) responsible for administrative management; since March 2020, she has held the same position, with additional responsibilities for discipline inspection. She is slated to be appointed Director of the Party and Mass Work Department (Party Committee Office).
  Xiong Yuqiang, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in November 1985. He joined the workforce in July 2012 and became a member of the CPC in May 2010. He holds the title of Senior Engineer and a master’s degree, having graduated from Guizhou University with a major in Mineral Processing Engineering. From August 2017 to February 2020, he served as Deputy Director of the General Office (Party Committee Office), responsible for Party and mass work. Since March 2020, he has been Deputy Director of the Party and Mass Work Department (Party Committee Office), concurrently overseeing its day-to-day operations. He is slated to be appointed Director of the Mineral Exploration Branch Institute.
  Yang Xiaosan, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, born in June 1978. He began his career in September 2003 and joined the CPC in November 2013. He holds the title of Senior Engineer and a master’s degree, having graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a major in Geological Engineering. From March 2012 to July 2017, he served as Deputy Director of the Mining Development Branch; since August 2017, he has been Deputy Director of the Mineral Resources Development (International) Branch and is slated to assume the position of Director of the same branch.
 
  Public notice period: May 6, 2020, to May 12, 2020.
