On October 22 and 23, the Sixth Party Branch and the Fifth Party Branch of our institute held their respective general party member meetings and conducted elections for their branch committees.
At the meeting, the two Party branches, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, the Regulations on the Work of Primary-Level Party Organizations, and other pertinent rules, completed the prescribed procedures. Through secret ballot and a system of proportional representation, the Sixth Party Branch elected a branch committee consisting of three members—Wang Bingli, Wang Jiguo, and Hu Ke—while the Fifth Party Branch elected a new branch committee composed of three members—Liu Heying, Mi Shouyong, and Ge Qing.
The two aforementioned Party branches each convened their first branch committee meeting. Following secret-ballot voting and deliberation, the Fifth Party Branch elected Comrade Ge Qing as its secretary, Comrade Mi Shouyong as both organizational secretary and disciplinary inspection secretary, and Comrade Liu Heying as its publicity secretary; the Sixth Party Branch elected Comrade Wang Bingli as its secretary, Comrade Wang Jiguo as both organizational secretary and disciplinary inspection secretary, and Comrade Hu Ke as its publicity secretary. The relevant election results shall take effect upon approval by the Institute’s Party Committee.
Organizational officers of the hospital Party Committee, responsible officials from the Party and Mass Work Department (Party Committee Office), and relevant personnel from the Discipline Inspection Department attended the meeting as non-voting participants.
