To further strengthen the building of primary-level Party organizations and enhance their creativity, cohesion, and combat effectiveness, the Second Party Branch of our institute convened a branch leadership election meeting on the afternoon of October 30, during which a new branch committee was elected.
The conference commenced to the solemn strains of the national anthem. Comrade Wang Juan, on behalf of the branch committee, delivered the work report, comprehensively summarizing the branch’s achievements over the past three years in political, ideological, and organizational development, and presented an overview of the nomination process for candidates to the new branch committee. Subsequently, the conference reviewed and approved the election procedures as well as the lists of poll watchers and vote counters. In accordance with established procedures, the attending party members elected, by secret ballot and with a surplus of candidates, a new branch committee consisting of Comrades Wang Juan, Zhang Hailiang, and Zhang Chao. At the first plenary session of the branch committee, a branch secretary was elected, and responsibilities were assigned among the committee members.
At the meeting, Comrade Wang Juan, the newly elected branch secretary, delivered a statement on behalf of the branch committee, encouraging all members to further exemplify the vanguard role of Party members and to devote themselves wholeheartedly to strengthening the branch and advancing the development of Shandong Institute.
The conference concluded successfully to the solemn strains of the Internationale. Officials from the Institute’s Party and Mass Work Department (Party Committee Office), along with relevant members of the Discipline Inspection Department, attended the meeting as observers.
