On November 22, the Party Committee of the institute launched a “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind” thematic education initiative, delivering study materials directly to the homes of elderly Party members who are frail or have limited mobility. This effort aims to help them stay informed about the Party’s latest theoretical achievements and policies, ensuring that Party-member education reaches every eligible individual.
Staff from the hospital’s Party affairs department and the retired‑cadre Party branch visited the homes of senior comrades, delivering study materials such as “Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Discourses on ‘Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,’” “Outline for Studying Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,” and “A Brief History of the People’s Republic of China.” They provided detailed briefings on the hospital Party Committee’s efforts to carry out the thematic education campaign on “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind,” studied relevant materials together with the veteran Party members, and carefully listened to their views and suggestions on the progress of the campaign. The senior comrades expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying, “We are deeply thankful that the organization has not forgotten us old Party members and has even sent us these study books. We will certainly study them conscientiously, gain a profound understanding, and keep pace with the times!” Some of the veterans were so moved that they proudly shared photographs of their participation in activities organized by the hospital Party Committee.
