On December 17, Party Secretary and Bureau Director Shang Honglin received a delegation led by Su Wei, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor of Peixian County, Jiangsu Province, and engaged in discussions on ecological and environmental remediation in Peixian’s coal-mining subsidence areas, as well as on green energy industries and geological applications in modern agriculture.

Shang Honglin welcomed the visit of Su Wei and his delegation, providing a detailed overview of our bureau’s basic profile, core business areas, and development plans. He stated that our bureau will leverage the strengths of a central state-owned enterprise—its qualifications, technological expertise, human resources, and workforce—to strengthen strategic cooperation with Peixian County, and to effectively carry out ecological and environmental remediation in coal-mining subsidence areas, as well as initiatives related to the green energy sector and modern agricultural geology.

Su Wei outlined Peixian County’s historical evolution, socio-economic conditions, and natural resources, highlighted the outstanding achievements attained since the launch of reform and opening-up, and provided a detailed overview of the county’s industrial structure and its development plans for recent years. He expressed hope that this would foster collaboration between the county government, local enterprises, and the partners of Sinochem Group, thereby achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Tao Qiping, Chairman of Sinochem Mingda Fund Management Co., Ltd., provided an overview of the company’s business and offered a detailed briefing on its investment strategies, expressing his hope that the fund management firm would facilitate collaboration between the State Administration and local governments and enterprises.

Also invited to attend the talks were Liu Xuejun, Deputy County Mayor of Pei County People’s Government, along with other relevant officials.

Deputy Director and Trade Union Chairman Lin Guoxuan, Chief Engineer Jiao Sen, Chief Investment Advisor Yu Yuejin, Director of the Planning and Development Department Zhang Yu, and other relevant comrades attended the symposium.
