The Group (Bureau) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Lichang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.


On March 4, Lin Guoxuan, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), led a delegation to Shanghai Lichang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for exchanges and negotiations, during which our Group (Bureau) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lichang Environmental.

At the technical exchange meeting, Lin Guoxuan stated that Sinochem Mingda, with a focus on large-scale geology, abundant resources, and ecological sustainability, is committed to becoming an industry-leading group in resource development and ecological conservation. Lichang, for its part, boasts 20 years of technological expertise and competitive advantages in this field. The collaboration between the two parties will significantly enhance Sinochem Mingda’s project implementation capabilities and drive product iteration and optimization at Lichang Environment, paving the way for both sides to strengthen and refine their operations while pursuing synergistic development.

Chang Li, Chairman of Lichang Environment, provided a detailed overview of successful cases in environmental remediation of mining and agricultural lands, pollution source control, and watershed management, as well as landfill construction. He also highlighted achievements in the resource recovery of spent bleaching earth and the production of bio‑organic fertilizers, along with advances in the application of remediation materials. Experts from the Nanjing Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, conducted hands‑on demonstrations on key projects at the Lichang Academician Expert Workstation, including site‑specific soil and groundwater remediation technologies, agricultural land surveying techniques, green remediation of urban sites contaminated by heavy metals and organic pollutants, pollution control and ecological restoration in mining areas and agricultural lands, and bioremediation of oilfield‑contaminated soils.

The participating parties engaged in thorough discussions and reached broad consensus, planning to strengthen mutual cooperation in areas such as environmental remediation of mining and agricultural lands, land consolidation, watershed management, mineral resource development, the production and promotion of bio‑organic fertilizers and environmental remediation materials, integrated industry‑university‑research collaboration, and capital market coordination.

Yu Yuejin, Chief Investment Advisor of the Group, along with relevant personnel from the Market Development Division, the Planning and Development Department, the Henan Bureau, the Shandong Institute, the Zhejiang Institute, the Jiangsu Institute, the Guangxi Institute, and Ningbo New Materials Company, attended this technical exchange meeting.
