Recently, our group (bureau) was awarded the “Outstanding Contribution Unit in Patent Work for 2020” by the China National Bureau of Coal Geology. This marks the third consecutive year that our group (bureau) has received this honor.

In 2020, our group (bureau) thoroughly implemented the spirit of the Second Science and Technology Innovation Conference, steadfastly pursued the development philosophy of “innovation-driven growth,” intensified efforts in scientific and technological innovation, highlighted the distinctive role of intellectual property, continuously refined its intellectual property incentive mechanisms, and enhanced the patent‑protection awareness of its scientific and technical personnel. As a result, we achieved outstanding results in patent‑related work, exceeding the multiple patent targets set by the China National Bureau of Coal Geology and making a significant contribution to the Bureau’s overall science and technology innovation endeavors.

The successive breakthroughs in patent work demonstrate that our group (bureau) has begun to see tangible results from its science and technology innovation initiatives, and that our innovation efforts are now on track for high-quality development.
