Recently, Shang Honglin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and Director-General of the Group (Bureau), paid a visit to China Energy Construction Gezhouba Third Company (hereinafter referred to as “Gezhouba Third Company”) for a symposium and exchange, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Drawing on their respective business strengths, the two parties engaged in discussions and exchanges regarding investment, construction, and operation of projects such as “Mine Restoration Plus,” as well as overseas mining development and international engineering, and reached a preliminary agreement to cooperate. 
During the symposium, Hu Yizhong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Construction Group Gezhouba Third Company, outlined the company’s historical evolution, development trajectory, industrial segments, and business portfolio. He noted that Gezhouba Third Company and our group (bureau) enjoy strong complementarity in areas such as mine development, mine remediation, and infrastructure construction, offering substantial potential for collaboration. He expressed hope to deepen cooperation, jointly enhance revenue, and create greater value.
Shang Honglin provided an overview of our group (bureau), noting that Gezhouba Group is a leading force in China’s power‑energy and infrastructure‑construction sectors. He emphasized that cooperation between the two parties will significantly enhance our group’s (bureau’s) project‑implementation capabilities and optimize the business operations of Gezhouba Third Company. He expressed hope that both sides will leverage their respective strengths, work together to support ecological‑civilization development, and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation.
Jiao Sen, Chief Engineer of the Group (Bureau), Yu Yuejin, Chief Investment Advisor, He Bin, General Manager of Mingda Marine Engineering Co., Ltd., Chang Wenlin, Director of the Shaanxi Institute, along with heads of relevant departments from both sides, attended the symposium.
