The Group (Bureau) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of the Saibei Administrative Zone.


On the morning of March 24, Shang Honglin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board, and Director of the Group (Bureau), met with Bai Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Saibei Administrative District. The two sides held an in-depth symposium and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Shang Honglin extended a warm welcome to Secretary Bai Jianjun, noting that the Saibei Administrative District boasts abundant resources and a beautiful environment, with tremendous potential for future development. Moving forward, the Group will closely align with national policies, fully leverage its strengths in talent, technology, and capital, and provide robust support to the Saibei Administrative District in areas such as geological services, ecological and environmental restoration, and industry‑finance integration.

Bai Jianjun outlined the key developments of the Saibei Management Area in recent years and identified four priority areas for future industrial growth. He expressed his sincere hope that this symposium would further deepen mutual understanding, strengthen communication, and, guided by the principle of win-win cooperation, forge a comprehensive strategic partnership. The collaboration will focus on establishing model projects in such areas as integrated land‑use improvement across the entire region, certification of selenium‑rich soils, and the pilot development of national grassland nature parks.

Lin Guoxuan, a member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of the Trade Union of the Group (Bureau), along with Tian Li, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Director of the Group (Bureau), and relevant leaders from the Institute of Geological Research and heads of pertinent headquarters departments, attended the symposium.
