In accordance with the spirit of the “Notice on Launching the Recommendation and Selection of Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations” issued by the CPC General Administration Party Committee and the Institute Party Committee, and following democratic nominations by each branch and collective deliberation by the Institute Party Committee, the list of proposed candidates for commendation—outstanding Communist Party members, outstanding party affairs workers, and advanced grassroots party organizations—is hereby made public as follows (arranged in order of the number of strokes in the surnames):

Liu Wendong, head of the Yanjing Party Group under the Fourth Party Branch, is an employee of the Yanjing Sub‑Hospital.
Wu Weiwei is the Party Branch Secretary of the Geotechnical Company and an employee of Shandong Sinochem Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd.
Wu Shumeng, Secretary of the Fourth Party Branch and Director of the Tai’an Geological Branch Institute.
Zhang Xingquan, retired, serves as both the organizational secretary and the discipline inspection committee member of the Eighth Party Branch.
Chen Haiying is a member of the First Party Branch and serves as Director of the Party and Mass Work Department (Party Committee Office).
