Recently, Lu Qiusheng, President of the Engineering Investigation and Geotechnical Branch of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Survey and Design Association, along with Secretary-General Gao Lihua, paid a visit to our institute for a symposium and exchange.
At the symposium, Dean and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of our institute, Diao Haizhong, first expressed his gratitude to the Engineering Investigation and Geotechnical Branch of the China Petroleum and Chemical Exploration & Design Association for its longstanding guidance on our institute’s engineering investigation and geotechnical services, before providing an overview of our institute’s current status. The participating leaders engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges, focusing on the transformation and upgrading of geological surveying institutions, enterprise‑based reforms, and the future development directions of the engineering investigation and geotechnical engineering sectors.
Yang Cheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of our institute, along with heads of several departments—including the Geological Science and Technology Department (Safety and Environmental Protection Department) and Shandong Sinochem Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd.—attended the symposium.
