To strengthen the training, education, and assessment of prospective Party members, ensure the effective implementation of Party membership development, and further safeguard the quality of new Party recruits, on June 23, the Party Committee of the institute organized a centralized training session for 16 prospective Party members currently enrolled at the institute.

Comrade Shi Yiyuan, the organizational officer of the hospital’s Party Committee, provided an overview of the hospital’s Party organization and its membership. Drawing on the “Detailed Rules for the Work of Developing Party Members” and the hospital’s specific circumstances, he delivered a specialized training session to prospective Party members, covering six key areas: the glorious history of the Party, the Party’s nature and fundamental purpose, the qualifications, rights, and obligations of Party members, the procedures for developing new Party members, how to strive for early admission through concrete actions, and the new requirements placed on Party members in the new era. This training helped participants further clarify their motives for joining the Party, gain a targeted understanding of the basic knowledge and policies governing Party development, and become familiar with the important considerations throughout the process. It also encouraged them to ground themselves in their respective duties, proceed steadily by attending to every detail around them, and, through practical actions, work toward early admission into the Party organization.

Following the training, the Party Committee of the institute administered a closed-book final examination to the prospective Party members, assessing their learning outcomes and using assessment as a means to reinforce study. This approach encouraged them to deepen their understanding and mastery of the Party’s fundamental principles, thereby effectively enhancing their political theory competence.
