The Party Committee of the Group (Bureau) convened a conference to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to honor outstanding individuals and advanced primary-level Party organizations.

　　To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, revisit the Party’s glorious journey, recognize and promote exemplary role models from among our ranks, and harness the inspiring power of these examples, the Party Committee of the Group (Bureau) solemnly convened a conference on June 29. Shang Honglin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman (Director), attended the meeting and delivered a special Party lecture titled “Uphold Firm Faith, Dedicate Selflessly, and Shoulder Responsibility—Drawing Strength from a Century of Party History to Reinforce Our Original Aspirations and Mission.” The meeting was chaired by Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Liu Xingwang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager (Deputy Director), conveyed the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks during his inspection tour in Qinghai and announced the decisions on commending outstanding individuals, advanced collectives, and exemplary Party members. Meanwhile, Wang Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, read out the decision to establish and commend the second batch of model Party branches.

　　The celebration commenced with the solemn and sacred national anthem, during which 32 exemplary primary-level Party organizations, 35 outstanding Communist Party members, and 27 distinguished Party affairs workers were recognized. In addition, four “model Party branches” from the second batch of the Group (Bureau) were designated, and plaques and certificates of honor were presented on the spot to the awardees. Comrades Yang Huaizhou, Gu Qiang, Xu Zhihua, and Yin Xiuzhen each delivered remarks as representatives of advanced collectives and outstanding individuals, sharing their inspiring stories. Their presentations further inspired and mobilized Party organizations at all levels, Party members, cadres, and employees across the Group (Bureau), urging them to strengthen their resolve, uplift their spirits, pioneer innovation, and forge ahead with determination toward the goal of becoming an industry-leading group in resource development and ecological conservation.

　　The meeting noted that this year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Throughout its century-long journey, the CPC has written a history of struggle, a history of glory, and a history that inspires and motivates all. Particularly since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has responded to the aspirations of the Party and the people and followed the trends of the times, uniting and leading the entire Party and all ethnic groups across the country in steadfastly upholding our original aspiration and mission, pioneering and laying the foundations for national development, deepening reform to open up new prospects, and achieving one great victory after another and remarkable accomplishments. This has set China on a new course toward realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

　　The meeting emphasized that, in accordance with the Group (Bureau) Party Committee’s annual work plan, all efforts must be earnestly implemented. It is essential to firmly uphold the principle that “strengthening Party building is tantamount to promoting development,” and to reinforce principal responsibility, the duties of the primary person in charge, and the “dual-responsibility” system for each post. We must remain committed to integrating Party building into core business operations and serving the overall strategic agenda, continuously enhancing the synergy between Party-building work and operational management. By fully leveraging the role of Party branches as strong fortresses and the exemplary, pioneering role of Party members, we will provide robust political support for the comprehensive achievement of the year’s goals and tasks.

　　The meeting called for: Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we must closely adhere to the overarching requirements of “drawing wisdom from history, strengthening faith through history, cultivating virtue via history, and putting knowledge into practice,” as well as the overarching goal of “studying Party history, gaining ideological insight, delivering tangible results, and breaking new ground.” We are to earnestly organize and carry out the practical activity “Doing Concrete Things for the People,” emphasizing real‑world outcomes, ensuring effective integration of efforts, and translating the fruits of our study into powerful momentum that propels the enterprise’s reform and development during the 14th Five‑Year Plan period, thus opening up new prospects and writing new chapters. In doing so, we will present outstanding achievements as a tribute to the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

　　A total of 338 individuals, including senior executives of the Group (Bureau), members of the Party and administrative leadership teams of all directly affiliated units, and secretaries of Party branches, attended the celebration ceremony.
