On the afternoon of July 9, Liu Xingwang, General Manager of the Group (Bureau), Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Deputy Director, led a delegation to pay a courtesy visit to the People’s Government of Chengqu District, Jincheng City. He held a symposium with Sun Shixin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jincheng Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Chengqu District Party Committee, to discuss issues such as ecological and environmental restoration and remediation, comprehensive land‑use improvement across the entire region, and the management of coal‑mining subsidence areas.
Liu Xingwang outlined the Group’s (Bureau’s) historical evolution, industrial structure, business model, and its strengths in talent, technology, and capital, with a particular focus on the Group’s (Bureau’s) nationwide efforts in ecological and environmental restoration. He stated that the Group (Bureau) is committed to implementing the development philosophy that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” attaches great importance to business development in the Jincheng region, and has established the Shanxi Business Division there, aiming to provide high‑quality services to the area. He expressed hope that this symposium would strengthen mutual trust, foster collaborative efforts, and contribute to the advancement of ecological civilization in Jincheng.
Sun Shixin welcomed the arrival of Liu Xingwang and his delegation, expressing full recognition and high praise for our group (bureau) in terms of its business strengths, cooperation models, development philosophy, and the achievements it has made in recent years in areas such as mine‑site ecological restoration, comprehensive land‑use improvement across entire regions, and territorial spatial planning. Sun Shixin stated that he hopes to leverage our group’s (bureau’s) core competencies to strengthen collaboration in urban ecological restoration, comprehensive land‑use remediation, and the management of coal‑mining subsidence areas, thereby contributing to the high‑quality development of the Jincheng region.
Yang Hongfei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jincheng District Committee and Director of the District Committee Office; Chen Yadong, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jincheng District Committee and Deputy District Mayor; Cheng Lian, Deputy District Mayor; along with the principal heads of the District Development and Reform Bureau, the Natural Resources Bureau, the Housing and Urban–Rural Development Bureau, and the Ecological Environment Bureau, attended the symposium.
Huang Yongming, Regional Operations Director of the Group (Bureau); Wang Yongming, Director of the Market Development Division; and Che Yan’an, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Hebei Institute, along with relevant personnel from the Market Development Division, the Geological Research Institute, the Hebei Institute, and the Shanxi Division, attended the symposium.
