The Second Touring Guidance Group of the CPC History Study and Education Campaign under the China National Bureau of Coal Geology provided guidance to the Third Party Branch of the Bureau’s Organs during its special organizational life meeting on Party history study and education.

In accordance with the relevant arrangements of the Party Committee of the Group (Bureau), on August 5, the Third Party Branch of the General Administration’s organs convened a special organizational life meeting on Party history study and education. Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the General Administration’s Party Committee; Yao Chaomei, Member of the Party Committee and Head of the Chief Experts Group; and Jiao Sen, Chief Engineer, attended the meeting as ordinary party members. Comrade Xue Bin, from the Second巡回 Guidance Group for Party History Study and Education of the China National Bureau of Coal Geology, was present to provide guidance and offer comments.
Prior to the meeting, the Third Party Branch of the Organizational Department conducted thorough preparatory study sessions, meticulously organized candid discussions, extensively solicited opinions and suggestions, and carefully drafted speaking outlines, thereby making comprehensive preparations for the successful convening of this special organizational life meeting.
The meeting briefed all Party members on the branch’s work in the first half of the year, the progress of Party history study and education, and the preparations for this organizational life meeting. The branch leadership team, the branch committee, and individual Party members each delivered self‑criticism and对照检查 remarks, focusing on their experiences and insights gained from studying General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on July 1, as well as from studying Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the study materials designated by the CPC Central Committee. In light of the objectives and requirements of Party history study and education and the role of Party members as pioneers and models, they conducted thorough self‑examination and analysis, drawing on their personal thoughts and actual work to identify gaps and shortcomings, probe into their underlying causes, and articulate clear directions for improvement and specific corrective measures. They engaged in earnest and rigorous criticism and self‑criticism. All participants got straight to the point, addressed the core issues directly, and spoke candidly, collectively undergoing a profound test of Party spirit and a cleansing of their thinking.
Xue Bin expressed full appreciation for this special organizational life meeting, noting that it was well-prepared in advance, with thorough ideological mobilization, incisive criticism, and a well‑crafted atmosphere. Members of the bureau’s leading team attended the Party branch’s organizational life meeting as ordinary Party members, strictly implementing the dual‑organization‑life system. The branch’s Party members stayed closely aligned with the meeting’s theme; in their criticisms and self‑criticisms, they offered concrete examples, insightful observations, and high‑quality contributions, addressing issues directly. Their remarks not only included in‑depth analyses of existing problems but also conveyed firm confidence and determination to carry out solid rectification, demonstrating a clear stance of facing up to challenges, avoiding concealment, and taking responsibility. He further urged all Party members to strengthen their sense of initiative and self‑motivation in studying Party history, integrating Party‑history study with summarizing experience, reflecting on current realities, and advancing their work.
